My auctions consist of a few simple yet easy Rules & Regulations that bidder's MUST comply or that bidder's bid will be rejected.Here they are... __________________________ 1. You MUST be a Registered Member of SuperBikeMalaysia.com (SBM) 2. You MUST have a Signature in order to bid. In fact SBM rules states clearly - 1 Signature bearing your clear picture of your face is a MUST! This is to avoid irresponsible posting by anonymous members. It also help you to recognise each other when you met outside this forum. For more info on this - !!CLICK HERE!! 3. Each auction will consist of a starting price decided by me. (For those who ever participated in my auction - at rumah sebelah - will knows usually i start with a RIDICULOUSLY LOW price!!! lol ) 4. Each auction will ALSO consist of a BUY-IT-NOW!! price - If you choose this option it will AUTOMATICALLY makes you the auction WINNER!!! 5. Once someone has START bidding, the next bidder is required to bid at least the Minimal Increament Amount (which I will indicate in each auction) or Multiple Value of that Minimal Increament Amount amount. Eg. Ali start bid at starting price of RM50. The Minimal Increament Amount is RM10. Jane increase the bid to RM60.Muthu then increase his bid to RM100 which is the Multi Value of the Minimal Increament Amount amount. If James decided to upbid to RM123.45. I will REJECT his bid!! - James will NOT be allowed to participate in that particular auction anymore!!! - I am doing this to prevent people from trying to be funny... - But nevertheless James can participate in my next auction lah.... 6. ALL bids MUST be made ONLY in the thread of the auction. CALL's ,SMS's ,PM's or EMAIL's regarding auction will NOT be entertained. - This will let the WHOLE world knows who is bidding - It also will allow better transparency thus avoid any dissputes among us. 7. In order the avoid the auction from getting too long-winded BUT give those who seldom log in to SBM a chance to view the auction.I am setting a dateline of 15 days for an auction. Nevertheless, if there is no upbid for a period of 3 WORKING days. The last bidder will WINS!!!. Below are some examples.. Eg. Ali start bid at starting price* of RM50.3 WORKING days later nobody upbid.Ali won the item of RM50 ONLY!!!* Eg. Ali start bid at starting price* of RM50.Jane increase the bid to RM60.3 WORKING days later, nobody upbid Jane.Jane WON the item at RM60 ONLY!!!* 8. Each Bidder is ONLY allowed to bid THREE (3) TIMES per auction!! Therefore I suggest you bid the HIGHEST as possible to avoid disappointment � 9. Winners of auction are required to transfer payments within FOUR (4) days. Failure to do so will result in a temporary ban on my future auction (Duration of ban will be at My sole discretion). I will also annouced/exposed to everybody that you are a DEADBIDDER or Non-Paying Bidder. 10. I will PERMANENTLY BAN you from bidding from my auction if you become DEADBIDDER or Non-Paying Bidder for THREE (3) times. 11. Those auction which ended with DEADBIDDER or Non-Paying Bidder will be Forfeited. A re-auction will be done for the item OR I might let the 2ND HIGHEST BIDDER win the item.The decision is SOLELY up to me. 12. Postage for item won in my auction will be FREE to Peninsular Malaysia ONLY !!.Winners from Sabah/Sarawak needs to add RM20 on top of the winning bids. I will ONLY send item won to Malaysia. 13.The above Rules & Regulation will be changed from time to time whenever I see it's neccesary. __________________________ Lastly, those who had deal with me before knows that I am a non-nonsense, straight-forward, direct-to-the-point yet understanding kind of person. I will honoured ALL my auction deals.You guys should knows (from my other ads) that I will put lots of pics and explain to the BEST of my capability for the item put up for sale. BUT the decision to buy/bid is solely up to you. Therefore, if you have any doubt in the item up for bid, do ask about them first before bidding.If you doubt (was-was) my words, item or anything regarding the auction or you are NOT happy with this Rules & Regulations or you DO NOT intend to pay for the item - DON"T BID!!! - it not only waste your time but also waste time for the rest of US here..!!I believe everyone here will appreciate it!! __________________________ Let's make this Auction "corner" a success Guys!!!. I will give my very best to make it happen.If the response is good, bidders are co-operative. I will think of better ways in serving you guys better!!! LOL!! :) btw.. just ask others la abou this matter... they know what.. GP TECH... hari tuh masa SBM motorsports launched... siap ada yg testing tuh..... hehehhe.. sapa la yg bertuah tuh kan?!! :) cheers all... and happy and safe ride!

Actually the role of 'somebody' is to push the price up (or to 'provoke' other bidders)...that all . If it's a clean auction.. thumpup . I will also join.. :laugh:

I will also join.. :laugh: i understand the " pushing up" thingy bro... That's why I limit bidder to bid 3 times ONLY per auction. I will NOT hesitate to expose to everybodyany act of "tipuing". I will make the auction as transparent as possible.(from the time someone start bid,till the auction ends and whether payment is being made).As i said ,I'm a no-nonsense,straight forward,direct-to the -point kind of person. No hiding will done on my part.... Thanks for the feedback and concern bro... Do hope you can join in the auction too.... Any other feedbacks or comments is welcome.....
